The Development Plan is a four-part written roadmap built from a diagnostic, a family interview, and AI-assisted research verified by our founder — then kept alive through weekly review and per-test resets. This level of upkeep is the reason it can only be done one-on-one.

Where everything starts: the family interview, your student's actual course load, and our diagnostic read — interpreted as skill patterns and instructional priorities, not a raw score. It ends with an agreed direction that records the parent's priority and the student's preference, in writing.
01The semester's marching orders: priorities ranked with the reason behind each one, and a session blueprint down to the percentage — how much of each hour goes to grammar, reading, vocabulary, and writing. School deadlines always outrank test prep, by rule.
